Current Topic Cupcakes

My Mom was incharge of Current Topics and asked me to make cupcakes for their meeting.  Here are the pictures of the Cupcakes I did.

Apple Cinnamon Roll Cupcakes

These cupcakes are filled with a sugar, cinnamon apple mixture and topped with a glaze. 

Brownie Batter Fudge Cupcakes

A rich chocolate cupcake with chocolate chips filled with a brownie batter ball topped with a rich chocolate frosting.

Samoa Cupcake

A brown sugar cupcake filled with homemade caramel, dipped in a chocolate ganache and topped with a gooey coconut frosting.

Sugar Rush Cupcake

A yellow cake batter mixed with crushed oreos, cream cheese, and marshmallow cream, layered with a oreo, topped with a dollop of marshmallow cream and then more batter on top and frosted with cream cheese frosting.
